Gift Cards & Coupons
In most cases, you can redeem any valid Via Sofia’s coupon online.
Unfortunately, gift cards are treated like cash and we cannot replace them for you.

Gift cards are available at all of our restaurants and must be redeemed in-store only. Gift cards are not currently available to purchase online at this time.
We offer a variety of vegetarian dinners. Try our vegetarian lasagna, sub, pizza or calzone. Or, try any pasta noodle with our homemade (vegetarian) marinara or alfredo sauce
Yes. Delivery fees vary, depending on the restaurant location.

We do not cater. But we can handle large groups of 40 people or more. Click here for more details.

Once you submit your order, you will receive an Order Confirmation with an estimated time that your order with be ready for carryout or delivery. You will also receive a confirmation email at the email address you provided at registration. If you’re unsure about your order, you can always call the restaurant directly.
You can do that by pressing the ‘Order Now’ button up and to the right. If you need something special, or have extra instructions, just include it in the Comments section. We'll add it to your order.
We're sorry, but we do not accept personal checks.
Once an online order is submitted with your payment, the order cannot be cancelled.
Large Group Orders
Via Sofia’s currently doesn’t serve any desserts, so your order won’t come with a dessert option.
We offer 2 liter bottles of pop for carry out orders, including large group orders.
We sell paper plates, silverware and napkins for a small fee for large group orders.

Our portions for large group orders spreads are consistent with the dinner portions each person receives in our restaurants. Each individual will receive a main course meal (ie: spaghetti, alfredo, etc) and a slice of our fresh, homemade bread. Adding salad to the large group orders is also an option.
Yes, depending on the time and the location.
We ask for a minimum of 24 hours notice on all large group orders for 40 people or more. We’ll prepare large orders for up to 25 people without advance notice. If you know you want to place an order months in advance, that’s great— go ahead and submit your group order on the Group Order Request Form.

Most of our restaurants are open from 11am to 9pm every day of the week. You can double-check individual restaurant hours by using the location finder at the top right of the website. Additionally, we are closed on some major holidays like New Year’s Day, Easter, July 4th, Thanksgiving and Christmas. And, most of our restaurants have limited hours on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve.

Each location is different, and the length depends on a variety of factors. However, it typically takes approximately 6-8 months from signing the franchise agreement to opening day at your Via Sofia’s restaurant.
We are restricted by the Federal Trade Commission and various state franchise sales regulations from providing you with specific profit projections. However, we do provide some key financial performance representations in Item 19 of the FDD.
You should plan to invest $249,000 to $601,000 to build, equip and stock a traditional Via Sofia's location. Start up cost vary significantly, depending upon the city, location within the city, type of building, and the construction/renovation cost involved.
Currently, it’s 5% of gross sales and 3% for national advertising.
Each new franchisee pays an individual franchisee fee of $25,000 to acquire a Via Sofia’s.
